SpaceWorks Commercial advances innovative ideas, solutions, and partnerships aimed at maturing near and far term commercial and international space ventures. SpaceWorks Commercial has two main focus areas:
Focus Area 1: SpaceWorks Commercial works with entrepreneurial, privately financed companies, either to enhance existing or to facilitate new business opportunities. SpaceWorks Commercial provides both consulting services and advocacy services to help bring space projects to maturation.
Focus Area 2: SpaceWorks Commercial champions its own ventures.
SpaceWorks Commercial also leverages personnel from our sister divisions within SpaceWorks Engineering, Inc. (SEI), such as the Engineering Economics Group (EEG), to provide additional analysis capabilities such as technical analysis, cost analysis, safety analysis, operational assessments, and visualization.
SpaceWorks Commercial and its associated and affiliated consultants possess engineering experience, market survey/forecasting experience, and quantitative modeling skills to help clients with the following needs:
- Strategic insight into global space industry
- Emerging space business design and strategy formulation
- Future venture due diligence
- Market forecasting for emerging space markets (private commercial spaceflight, space solar power, etc.)
- Space industry ROI analysis using advanced modeling including agent-based and probabilistic simulation techniques
