Abstract:

The Space Media Group (SMG) at SpaceWorks Engineering, Inc. (SEI) couples engineering precision with artistic vision to create informative and striking visual elements. The SMG goes beyond traditional industrial design, working with its clients to imagine and visualize future space concepts. Personnel in the SMG use mixed media (traditional and digital). Visualizations are integrated with traditional engineering design processes (CAD, performance, operations, etc). The SMG can support multiple output formats (print illustrations, digital renders, computer animation, sculpture, exhibit, prototype, etc.).
