PRESS RELEASE

SpaceWorks Commercial Announces New Space Venture Generation Orbit Launch Services, Inc. (GO)

WASHINGTON, October 25, 2011 - SpaceWorks Commercial (a division of SpaceWorks Enterprises, Inc.) announces the inauguration of Generation Orbit Launch Services, Inc., a new space business incubated in SpaceWorks Commercial's FutureLab. Generation Orbit Launch Services, Inc. (Generation Orbit or GO) is an independently incorporated nanosatellite orbital payload delivery service company originally created within SpaceWorks Commercial. Generation Orbit was officially announced today at the 2011 Commercial and Government Responsive Access to Space Technology Exchange (CRASTE) conference being held in Atlanta, GA.

GO is developing a new United States-designed and operated nanosatellite (1-30 kg) launch system called GO Launcher, an air-launch rocket architecture composed of an existing, reusable high-speed aircraft launch platform and expendable rocket stages. GO Launcher will be designed to reduce the time it takes to get to space (under the mantra of "Your Orbit On Time") for the emerging field of nanosatellite customers.

"SpaceWorks Commercial is proud to have conceived and matured the Generation Orbit business concept as a FutureLab venture," stated Mr. Dominic DePasquale, Director of Washington D.C. Operations for SpaceWorks Commercial. "Generation Orbit is addressing an underserved segment within the space transportation industry. A responsive, dedicated, launcher is needed to serve the fast growing nanosatellite community."

SpaceWorks Commercial's FutureLab seeks to identify and create new space companies to service emerging terrestrial and space markets. Within the FutureLab, a company is taken from idea to fully defined business concept and prepared for spin-out as an independent start-up. SpaceWorks Commercial performs the initial due diligence on business ideas, develops the technical solution and business plan, serves as the initial management team, and coordinates financial resources to give these new firms a successful start at an enterprising life.
