TraGE-X is now available through our Academic License Program

What is the Academic License Program (ALP)?

SpaceWorks Software’s Academic License Program (ALP) provides FREE academic-use copies of our popular REDTOP-Lite, Bullseye, and TraGE-X software products to qualifying students, teachers, professors, and academic staff members.

Why Does SpaceWorks Software have this Program?

SpaceWorks Software is a firm believer in the importance of training the next generation of aerospace professionals, and our Academic License Program is designed to provide cutting edge software products to individuals while they are still learning the basics of the aerospace field. The ALP provides use of our industry standard REDTOP-Lite, Bullseye, and TraGE-X tools free of charge to future engineers and their mentors. Through this program, we are proud to support the growth of the bright minds that will shape our future in space.

Who Qualifies?

This program is open to full-time students and teaching staff at colleges and universities around the world and is also available to high school students and teachers as well. The program is designed to support individual projects and classroom activities, but is not intended to support large sponsored research projects within a university.

Students, teachers, and staff members will be required to provide some type of proof of their academic affiliation. Typically a .edu return email address will suffice. Alternately, a scanned copy of your current school identification card is acceptable. All licenses are node-locked to a particular computer (a single MAC address) and will be active for approximately one semester at a time. ALP renewal licenses must be formally requested by the end-use of the software. There is currently no limit to the number of times an individual may request an academic license, although he or she must continue to maintain an academic affiliation or academic staff appointment.

How do I register?

If you would like to register for the ALP, please complete the following registration form. Be sure to indicate which software tools you are requesting. Once you have registered, we will provide you with a link to download the software directly from our website.

Which Operating Systems are Compatible with your ALP Software?

The ALP versions of our REDTOP-Lite, Bullseye, and TraGE-X software products are compatible with Windows® 7, Vista, and XP.
